Participants are students, practitioners, and lecturers. The costs for participating in the activity are detailed as follows:

1. Participant: IDR 100.000
2. Presenter: IDR 300.000
3. Full Paper SINTA: (based on APC journals)
4. Publication Fee:
   * Indonesian participants: IDR 300,000
   * International participants: USD 25
   * Additional publication fee (Scopus): IDR 500,000 – varies by journal policy

• ISSN-indexed Proceedings ICEMT 2026
• National Journal SINTA 2-3
• FIP Undergraduate students: FREE

Terms and conditions:

• The registration fee covers seminar materials and a certificate.
• The registration fee covers only one participant.
• Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
• At least one author for each accepted paper must register.
